My cousin paid them a lot of money to represent him with a huge IRS problem and the company told him it was all resolved. Something is so messed up! Anyone have experience with them and do you know how to get a hold of them and where their office is located? Please help us figure out who these people are that ripped him off. I tried to call and they wouldn't answer either (I think it's because we have the same area codes). He called the company and the person he had been working with isn't at the company anymore (for that matter no one he worked with is there anymore) and the people running it now told him that his case is closed and they wouldn't do anything to finish it up for him. They refused to help him reopen his case and wouldn't let him speak to a supervisor! Then they hung up on him! He tried to call back but they wouldn't answer his call.
