she called me around 9p to ask if one of our nursing stations was still closed (and it is-which means she runs the chance of being cancelled tomorrow and having to stay home or being floated to another floor to work).. I told her the nurses station was still closed and then she asked me who was working with her tomorrow-I told her I didn't know but I'd check for her. I answered her questions nicely but shortly b/c it was so busy. She ignored this telling me that she had done too much for me (traded shifts and picked up some days for me a while ago) for me to be treating her like an inconvenience. she was warned that she could lose her job if it happend again. I then pointed out to her that I got up and checked to see who was working w/her AND answered all of her questions. she then started yelling again telling me that I should've just told her I was busy." and hung up. I plan on pulling her aside and explaining to her how unprofessional and rude her behavior was. to me this was completely
