[ Running ] Whats A Good Running Routine?
i live on the middle of a big street and on one side it is the rest of my neighborhood and on the other side the road travels for long while than splits up a hill and to a park the hill eventually turns up to go to a lake. I don't want to run into the neighborhood and i will do my running i just don't know how far to run or what to do to make it effective please help =] tips would be great routines even awesomer!!! ps -i want to lose weight on my tummy and upper thighs -im in pretty decent shape use to run track [nothing to complicated
