Hard Drive Access Difficulty After Pulling It Out Of The Corrupted Laptop.?

.can anyone help pls. i had laptop with 150 GB drive with 50 GB primary drive and 90 GB secondary..I had no backup... Now i can only access the secondary part of the original hard drive which is 90 GB but
