For this technique we are going to make use of the popular free link exchange script called Linkex. Simple do a search on google.com with the following phrase.

inurl:linkex or intitle:Linkex Add link

From here you can click on the search results and exchange links with tons of sites. This is a bit of a spammy method but this method would not get you banned from the search engines.
