[ Diet & Fitness ] Is It Alright To Strength Train The Same Muscle Groups Everyday If Your Not Sore?
I'd rather strength train everyday with the same muscle groups lightly than strength train intensely every other day. I'm doing higher reps with light weights for fat loss for only 20 mins.
