Can This Computer Run Windows Vista?

Is a 2005 Pentium 4 Dell Desktop Computer which has run Window XP ever since I bought in it in 2005, will it Run Windows Vista just as good as it runs Windows XP or will the computer become very slow if I install Windows Vista? Cause I love Windows Vista not Windows
