I am going to suffer lifetime to go terrace from 2nd floor to third floor. In April, builder started to builde 2nd floor, I questioned to builder, he said that i got a approval. Now he is building First & Second floor with internal staircase to go 2nd floor. When i was booking the house , building plan have only Ground & First Floor. Please suggest what action i can take. I am the 50% owner of the land & without my knowledge
